PETRUS Nakanyala, the former IPC councilor for the Oniipa local authority who recently defected back to Swapo, is promising to bring back all “those comrades” he previously took to the opposition IPC.
In fact, when he was given an opportunity to speak at the Omuthiya rally on Saturday, Nakanyala listed some of those who, at his urging, have already rejoined Swapo.
“They are coming back, and they will vote for you,” he said, speaking directly to Swapo’s presidential candidate, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah.
Nakanyala was welcomed back into the Swapo fold during a party rally at Oshakati earlier this month.
