A FATHER of Ohongo village in the Etayi constituency of the Omusati Region has been arrested after he allegedly raped his 14-year-old biological daughter.
The incident occurred on an unknown date between July last year and January this year, but was only reported to the police at Onandjaba by the victim’s uncle recently.
It is alleged that the suspect, who resides in the same house as the victim, requested her to bring him food in the room. He then took a dry palm stick and threatened to beat her up should she fail to follow his instructions to undress before he raped her.
