POLITICAL differences must never be allowed to stand in the way of service delivery, said Ohangwena Regional Governor Kadiva Hamutumwa while addressing councillors and officials at Eenhana on Wednesday morning.
She warned against a situation where leaders undermine one another, instead urging both political office-bearers and officials to deliver tangible services to communities as a matter of urgency and to maintain strong engagement with the central government to unlock development for the region.
