BINARY City, a technology company with 16 years of experience, is working to expand its presence and gain wider exposure.
Shaquille Shikwambi, the company’s Marketing Coordinator, said that despite being in the industry for a long time, they are still seen as a new player on the block. The company’s goal is to extend its services to a broader audience.
This year, the company has partnered with the Ongwediva Annual Trade Fair (OATF) to showcase a new biometric system designed to make service flow easier.
Shikwambi said that this is Binary City’s first time at the event, and they are using the opportunity to reach vendors and others who may not have been exposed to such technology.
He shared that one of the most rewarding aspects of the experience has been the chance to educate the public.
“One thing I have enjoyed is seeing the genuine curiosity people have and their willingness to learn,” he said.
He indicated that since the beginning of the OATF, more than 50 people have already visited the Binary City stall.
As a company, he said they plan to roll out more products and services with the goal of empowering the community to engage more with technology.
Binary City also offers a solution for workplace clocking-in.
“For clocking-in’s sake, check us out,” he concluded.
