THE Namibia Institute of Public Administration and Management (NIPAM) and the Agro-Marketing and Trade Agency (AMTA) have entered into a strategic partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aimed at enhancing public sector performance and sustainability.

The partnership further includes joint research initiatives, improved operational efficiency, and knowledge exchange between the two institutions. A Joint Technical Committee will also be established to oversee project implementation and drive innovation.

According to the institutions, the MoU reflects a shared vision of building responsive, efficient organisations that contribute meaningfully to Namibia’s development agenda.
