The police at Kalkfeld have arrested two men aged 24 and 41 following the illegal hunting of an oryx, valued at N$6,000, during the night of Thursday to Friday.
The alleged crime occurred at the farm Ongondero, Kalkfeld area.
It is alleged that five suspects entered the farm, hunted an oryx, slaughtered it, and hid the meat with the intention to later transport it to an unknown destination.
