THE Namibian police in the Oshikoto region have registered a case of arson and malicious damage to property after the Tsumeb office of Prosperity Health was set on fire on Friday morning.
It is alleged that an unknown suspect damaged an office window with an unknown object and started a fire using a highly flammable liquid.
According to the police, the suspect also went behind the building and poured acid on a vehicle, causing damage to its roof, bonnet, and bumper.
Other damaged property, whose total value is still undetermined, includes a copy machine, printer, chairs, a couch, desk, electrical cables, and documents.
No arrest has been made.
