A 42-YEAR-OLD man, identified as Martin Kakololo, died over the past weekend after a wall collapsed on him.
According to the weekend crime bulletin, the incident happened on Saturday, 8 March 2025, at around 17:30 at a house in Eenhokele, Oshakati West Constituency, Oshana Region.
It is alleged that the deceased, Kakololo, was busy demolishing a house with four other people when a wall of the house they were demolishing collapsed, fatally striking his head. He died on the spot.
According to his colleagues who witnessed the accident, the deceased took a hammer from another colleague and hit the wall twice. As it was collapsing, it fell on him. No foul play is suspected. The next of kin have been informed. The deceased’s body was transported to Oshakati Police Mortuary.
