ABSALOM Hekandjo, the 70-year-old resident of the Ohakuyela village in the Okalongo Constituent, Omusati Region, who is accused of having raped a minor girl, has appeared in the Outapi Magistrate’s court on Monday and was released on a “warrant of liberation” (free bail).
The case was postponed to the 6th of March next year for further police investigation.
According to the police, Hekandjo is the uncle of the ten-year-old rape victim.
