TWO Zambian nationals, aged 20 and 21, were arrested in the Zambezi Region after they were allegedly found in possession of zebra hooves, tail, and mane. The suspects, apprehended in the Linyanti area, are accused of hunting a specially protected animal.
In their defense, they told the police that they had removed the items from a zebra carcass they found dead and decomposing. It was also revealed that they are undocumented immigrants.
