A 15-YEAR-OLD boy allegedly raped his 5-year-old cousin in the area of Tsandi constituency in the Omusati Region.
The incident which occurred between March and July 2024, at an unknown day and time was only reported to the police on Thursday.
Omusati crime investigation coordinator, Moses Simaho said that the incident occurred at Okalale village, and was reported by the victim’s 40-year-old aunty.
“It is alleged that the suspect raped the victim on different occasions,” he said.
He added that the victim and suspect reside in the same house.
Simaho said that the suspect will be arrested soon.
