CITIZEN SURVEY: The Office of the Prime Minister in partnership with the University of Namibia has embarked on a comprehensive Citizen Satisfaction Survey (CSS) across all fourteen Regions that started from 27 March 2024 to 07 April 2024. THE OPM said that this initiative reflects the government’s steadfast commitment to enhancing service delivery through meaningful citizen engagement.
The primary focus of the survey is to gather feedback from citizens regarding the performance of all Offices, Ministries, and Agencies (OMAs), Regional Councils (RCs), and State-owned Enterprises (SOEs) with the aim of improving public service delivery.
