THE body of 45-year-old Petrus Kayuhwena was found after he allegedly took his own life at Ekamba village in the Oshigambo area.
The discovery was made on Saturday afternoon and an inquest has been opened by the police.
According to Nampol’s regional commander Armas Shivute, the deceased’s decomposed body was found hanging in his bedroom.
“He was discovered by his long-time partner who got worried when it was reported that he had not been seen in three days by a neighbour,” he said.
Shivute said the deceased, who was visually impaired according to family members, reportedly spent the last three weeks alone at his house.
