THE spokesperson for Namibia Wildlife Resorts (NWR) confirmed that six of the ten tourists that were reported to be missing at the Fish River Canyon, were never missing but simply “never clocked out”.
NWR has urged all tourists that emerge from the canyon to clock out at Ai-Ais Hotsprings resort before proceeding to their respective destinations.
Four people were reported missing in the canyon and it has not been confirmed whether they have been found.
These four include the South African couple Trevor (63) and Samantha Burger (50) who were last heard from on Thursday.
The search for them started on Sunday.
