AN Ondangwa-based businessman who was arrested recently accused of having raped a 23-year-old woman on two separate occasions has appeared in the Magistrate’s Court today (Friday).
The case was postponed for further police investigations and the accused, Otto Niimboto (53), was remanded in police custody.
The case will be back in court next week Tuesday for a formal bail application.
It is alleged that the rape occurred on Sunday the 3rd and again on Tuesday the 5th of April.
The accused was arrested Wednesday afternoon.
