A 10-YEAR-OLD has been charged with attempted murder, after he stabbed a 11-year-old boy on Christmas Eve.

The hamlet are hitting the news headlines for all the wrong reasons, from rape to murder committed by underaged and victims ranging from toddlers to the elderly where knives and alcohol are nearly always involved.
According to police crime report, the stabbing incident occurred at an unknown time at the Dordabis Location.
“It is alleged that the minor stabbed his victim with a knife in the upper part of his chest with a knife after consuming ginger beer,” said the police.
The victim is recovering from two serious open wounds in the Katutura Intermediate Hospital.
