A GOAT valued at N$1,800 was allegedly slaughtered after a 27-year-old man entered a farmer’s kraal in Tsintsabis.
According to the Namibian Police weekend crime report, the incident occurred on Friday at a farm in the Oshikoto Region.
The suspect was allegedly found by neighbours pulling the goat away from the kraal. He reportedly fled after seeing them but was later arrested.
The female goat was recovered and valued at N$1,800.
The suspect is expected to appear before the Tsumeb Magistrate’s Court.
Police investigations are continuing.
