A partly decomposed body of a baby was discovered in a river at Goreagab informal settlement this weekend.
“A fully grown baby was discovered floating in water at a riverbed by children. The children then informed their parents, who summoned the police. The baby was in a semi-decomposed state,” the Namibian Police (NamPol) disclosed.
The police confirmed that the suspect is unknown at this state.
