ELLENESTER Commando Nako, the 24-year-old man accused of murdering his five-year-old daughter near Ruacana in the Omusati Region last week, appeared in the Outapi Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday and remains in custody.
The case was postponed to 30 November for further investigation.
Nako had been on the run since last Wednesday after he allegedly murdered his daughter by stabbing her in the head and back with an unknown object while they were alone at their residence.
He was traced to Oshikuku, about 125 kilometres from Ruacana, and arrested on Sunday.
