THE Namibian Defence Force aims to become accident-free on the country’s roads, said Deputy Army Commander Brigadier General Andreas Diyeve at a motor vehicle accident awareness workshop held recently at the Lieutenant-General Dimo Hamaambo Garrison in Grootfontein.

The week-long workshop was aimed at reducing motor vehicle accidents within the NDF.
Diyeve said that transport officers and drivers must ensure proper vehicle inspections are conducted before travel and that all faults are reported and recorded.
