MR SHALI Shindume has been appointed by President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah as her Economic Advisor, with effect from 1 June 2026.
The appointment, announced by the Presidency, is made in terms of Article 32(3)(i)(hh) of the Namibian Constitution, read together with the Special Advisors and Regional Governors Appointment Act, 1990 (Act 6 of 1990).
In her appointment letter, President Nandi-Ndaitwah expressed confidence in Shindume’s ability to carry out his duties with professionalism, dedication, efficiency and effectiveness.
The Presidency congratulated Shindume on his appointment and expressed confidence in his contribution to the Head of State’s economic advisory team.
