A 21-year-old Namibian woman, identified as Florencia Jacobs, was discovered naked with multiple wounds in Outjo.
According to the weekend crime bulletin, the incident of murder happened on Saturday, 31 January 2026 at 07:30, behind the Sophia Shaningwa Fire Station in Outjo.
It is further reported that the lifeless body of Jacobs was found with multiple wounds to the head and face, with her clothes scattered around the scene. It is suspected that the deceased was hit several times with a stone. In addition, it is reported that the victim was in possession of a cellphone, which was not found at the scene.
No arrest has been made at this stage, and no footprints were observed due to rain.
The investigation into the matter continues.
