BLOWN OFF: A strong wind that uprooted trees near Omuthiya town in the Oshikoto Region on Tuesday also caused serious damage to a residential property belonging to NamRights executive director Phil yaNangoloh. He said that there were people inside the house, but none was injured. “The building was partly still under construction, making it easy for the strong wind to enter and blow the roof off,” said yaNangoloh.
