A 32-YEAR-OLD man identified as Kelvin Iiyambo died after being hit with firewood by his girlfriend.
According to the weekend crime bulletin, the murder incident happened on 20 December 2025 at an unknown time at Gauteng location, Tsumkwe. It is alleged that Kelvin Iiyambo, a 32-year-old Namibian male, died after he was hit with firewood by his then girlfriend. It is alleged that both the deceased and the suspect were under the influence of alcohol and an argument erupted between the two. The deceased’s next of kin was informed. A 30-year-old Namibian female suspect was arrested and is in police custody. Police investigations continue.
