THREE suspects aged 17, 25, and 33 were arrested in the Okakarara policing area of the Otjozondjupa region for the alleged theft of three Swiss breed cows valued at N$90,000.
The crime occurred in the Ongombombonde village between 23:00 on Thursday and 06:00 on Friday when the three male suspects allegedly cut the fence of a small camp at the cattle post, stole three cows, and drove them on foot to the Okarui village, where the animals were later positively identified by the owner and the suspects promptly arrested.
