THE rape of minors is becoming a matter of serious concern, with incidents reported almost daily in the northern regions.
The latest incident occurred in Onkani village in the Otamanzi constituency of the Omusati region, where a 12-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a 25-year-old suspect who has been arrested and is expected to appear in court today.
