THE Anglican Church of Southern Africa will commemorate St. Bernard Mizeki’s Day this coming Sunday at the Okandjengedi Anglican Church.
The celebrations will commence at 08:30.
Chairman of St. Bernard Mizeki, Heikky Martin, said this year’s commemoration promises to be a vibrant and spiritually uplifting gathering.
According to Martin, the programme will feature greetings and performances from participating choirs, a singing competition, and enriching Bible study sessions.
“Attendees will also have the opportunity to witness a special trophy showcase of the Guild’s achievements, alongside a motivational speech by Freeman Mwifi aimed at inspiring young men and all attendees,” he said.
He added that attendees will also have the opportunity to view the triple trophy that stands as a symbol of their musical excellence and commitment.
Omulumenhu Omunelao – the Men’s Guild of Okandjengedi Anglican Church, under the spiritual leadership of Reverend Elizabeth Valombola, extends a warm invitation to all believers, all men, the entire community, and various choirs to come together in celebration of the life and legacy of St. Bernard Mizeki.
