THE Namibian Police at Karasburg in the //Kharas Region have arrested four of seven suspects who were allegedly involved in an incident in which an unidentified victim was robbed at gunpoint of a cash amount of N$10,000 and other property valued at N$4,500.
The robbery occurred on Saturday in the Westerkim location, Karasburg, after the suspects gained entrance to the victim’s house.
According to the police, four suspects aged between 35 and 53 were arrested, but three others are still at large. Some items and a significant portion of the stolen money (N$6,220) were recovered.
The suspects are expected to appear before the Karasburg Magistrate’s Court on Monday.
