WINDHOEK’S RAINFALL: Heavy rainfall has persisted in Windhoek, causing flooding in several areas of the capital, including parts of Hochland Park and Pioneers Park. Social media users have shared photos and videos of the intense downpour, highlighting how the ongoing rain has revived several rivers within the city. However, the heavy rains have also created challenges, with some roads becoming inaccessible due to rising rivers. The public is advised to exercise caution as the rainfall continues. According to the Namibia Meteorological Services, more rain is expected in the capital for the rest of today and tomorrow.
