THE Okongo Youth Expo is currently underway at the town’s airstrip. The event has not only showcased the immense talent of the youth but also ignited a spark of hope and inspiration, promising a brighter future for the region.
The expo kicked off on the 17th of December and will conclude on the 21st of December 2024, promising a week of excitement and fun.
Stalls line the grounds, each a vibrant display of creativity. One booth features handcrafted essential kitchen items made from wood materials, while another showcases a variety of food cuisines inspired by Namibian traditional dishes.
The expo is not only a celebration of youth creativity but also a platform for them to showcase their role in addressing the challenges their communities face.
