THE Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) has released the list of polling stations abroad where Namibians will be able to cast their votes on the 13th of November. There are 35 polling stations in 30 different countries.
Angola will have three polling stations located in Luanda, Ondjiva, and Menongue. There will be two polling stations each in South Africa (Cape Town and Pretoria), the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Kinshasa and Lubumbashi), and the USA (New York and Washington, D.C.).

Other polling stations abroad are in Algiers (Algeria), Brasilia (Brazil), Vienna (Austria), Brussels (Belgium), Gaborone (Botswana), Beijing (China), Brazzaville (Congo), Havana (Cuba), Cairo (Egypt), Addis Ababa (Ethiopia), Helsinki (Finland), Paris (France), Berlin (Germany), Accra (Ghana), New Delhi (India), Tokyo (Japan), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Abuja (Nigeria), Moscow (Russia), Dakar (Senegal), Stockholm (Sweden), Geneva (Switzerland), Dar es Salaam (Tanzania), London (UK), Lusaka (Zambia), and Harare (Zimbabwe).
Earlier this year, over 2,000 Namibians registered as voters at Namibia’s diplomatic missions abroad.
