THE lifeless body of Jean James Kiala, a 28-year-old Congolese male and refugee from the Osire Refugee Camp, was found by his co-tenants at a house he was renting in Okahandja.
According to the weekend crime bulletin, the discovery was made on Friday, 18 October 2024, at around 13:00 at a house in the Nau-Aib location, Okahandja.
It is alleged that the deceased had not been seen by his co-tenants for almost three days. The co-tenants, upon noticing a foul odor coming from the deceased’s room, entered and found a decomposed body on the bed. They then notified the police. A post-mortem examination will be conducted to establish the cause of death. The next of kin have been informed.
