Town Mayor Selma Asino indicated that all participants displayed exemplary sportsmanship and competitive spirit throughout the event.
Asino emphasized that the tournament was more than just a sports competition; it also served as a platform to promote physical and mental well-being and strengthen community ties.
“This was also about fostering economic empowerment among local vendors through a marketplace that showcased and sold their goods throughout the tournament,” she said.
Asino then encouraged everyone to look forward to next year’s tournament, which promises to be even bigger and better.
The tournament was sponsored by First National Bank (FNB), Stubenrauch Planning Consultants (SPC), and the Rani Group of Companies.
