JUST IN: The founding father and Namibia’s first president Sam Nujoma, has been released from hospital and is recovering at home. This was confirmed by his son, the Minister of Labour, Industrial Relations and Employment Creation, Utoni Nujoma who confirmed that his father’s health is making steady progress. Nujoma was admitted to a Windhoek hospital on 18 July 2024 due to a routine precautionary measure against an infection, considering his advanced age.
