RENOWNED banker Tomas Koneka Iindji passed away in a Windhoek hospital this morning, just two months after being appointed as Standard Bank’s Head of Business and Commercial Banking. He previously held the same position at First National Bank. He was 44.
For over a decade, Iindji played a leading role in the business sector in the northern regions of Namibia, having served more than one term as chairperson of the northern branch of the Namibia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCI).
