THE National Housing Enterprise (NHE) is expected to sell a total of 241 houses in its four selected towns as part of ensuring housing delivery.
This was revealed by the acting manager for cooperate communication and marketing, Taufi Shafombabi, who said that the houses can be purchased in the area of Outapi, Omuthiya, Okahao and Otjiwarongo.
Shafombabi said the new houses feature a new modern look, enhanced by the incorporation of facebrick in the design.
“The houses are built with either two to three bedrooms of various house sizes to cater for the needs of the clients,” she said.

She added that the housing price ranges from N$394 365,20 to N$500 000 depending on the town and house type.
“NHE is inviting all interested Namibians who wish to buy a brand-new house in the four towns to contact the Oshakati Regional office and central office in Katutura for the Otjiwarongo housing project,” she said.
Shafombabi emphasised that NHE has houses available in the four towns. However, the Outapi project is at 90% completion whilst the Okahao, Omuthiya and Otjiwarongo building construction is at an advanced stage.
She indicated that all interested clients are requested to bring along their identification copy, marriage certificate copy where applicable, latest payslip, 4 months bank statement, tax registration certificate copy and bank pre-approvals at any NHE regional offices for assistance.
