A 14-YEAR-OLD girl was left pregnant after a raping incident that occurred at Onekwaya East village of the Ohangwena Region during February this year.
The rape incident occurred at an unknown time and date, according to the Police’s weekend crime report.
A 19-year-old is the suspect in the matter and he is not yet arrested.
It is alleged that the suspect raped the victim resulting in a pregnancy that is now six months old.
In the Okongo area of Ohangwena, a 69-year-old man is suspected of having raped his niece at Okwatiwa village during an unknown time in May.
“The suspect reportedly called the victim in his room and grabbed and raped her,” stated the police.
The suspect allegedly threatened to beat up the victim should she report the occurrence to anyone.
The suspect has been arrested and expected to appear before court on Monday.
Meanwhile, another case of rape is being investigated by the police in the Ohangwena Region where a 34-year-old Angolan man reportedly raped a two-year-old victim and was found in the act by a witness.
The suspect was arrested and will appear in court on Monday.
