THE Namibian police are on the hunt for savages who cut a 50-year-old man’s tongue before robbing him of N$100.
The barbaric incident took place on Friday 25 February at around 03:00 at Sibbinda in the Zambezi region.
The suspects reportedly kicked the victim, a Zambian national, and when he fell down they cut the tip of his tongue and stole his cash.
The victim is in a stable condition and receiving medical treatment at the Katima Mulilo dental clinic.
One of the suspects is allegedly an Angolan male and no arrests were made so far.
Police investigation continues.
