GONDWANA Collection Namibia launched a new web-store and booking system recently.
According to the Group, the system is intended to make the booking process more convenient and enjoyable.
“We designed it for our guests’ convenience,” Anthea Cloete, the Group Reservations Manager, said.
The site aims to simplify the booking process by sharing the most critical information regarding the lodge’s top attractions, rates and availability first.
Moreover, the system also provides users with information regarding amenities, facilities and activities.
The software, which was developed during lockdown by the Group’s IT and Reservations team, has been thoroughly tested according to the Group.
However, Gondwana’s Managing Director, Gys Joubert, said that the system might not be perfect yet.
