A 40-YEAR-OLD man was arrested on Wednesday after he allegedly raped his 14-year-old daughter.
Deputy Commissioner Moses Simaho, crime investigation coordinator of the Omusati police, said the incident happened at the Omufituweelo village in the Outapi constituency.
“The suspect is due to appear in the Outapi Magistrate’s Court on charges of rape read with the domestic violence Act,” said Simaho.
The girl’s housemate reported the incident to the police, he said.
Police investigations into the matter continue.
