THE three-year-old Johannes Frans Kandjala died after he allegedly fell in a well at the Omena village in the Oshikoto Region recently.
Regional police commander, Commissioner Armas Shivute, said that the incident was reported to the Onayena police station and is being investigated.
According to him, Frans was in the company of other children when the incident happened.
“His body was taken to the Omuthiya mortuary where a postmortem examination will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death,” he said.
