Judge Liebenberg has just ordered that the application to prohibit disclosure is dismissed.
He ordered that full disclosure should be provided to defence lawyers no later than 6 May.
Before handing down the order, the judge adjourned the court for 20 minutes to allow him time to deliberate on whether or not to grant the state’s application.
The judge further granted permission that Nigel van Wyk, who is currently detained at the Otjomuise Police Station will be moved to the Windhoek Correctional Facility’s trial awaiting section as it has better facilities for trial preparation.
The Namgomar case will return to court on 20 May.
The court will now deal separately with the Fishcor case.
The judge also ordered that the application to join the cases should be made no later than May.
The matter was subsequently adjourned to 20 May.
