THE Namibian Police is trying to trace the whereabouts of unknown suspects who stole goods valued at N$212 000 from a house in Oshakati following a break in.
Community Affairs Officer Inspector Thomas Aiyambo said cases of housebreaking with intent to steal and theft were registered at Oshakati on Tuesday.
“It’s alleged that burglars got access to the house by cutting the window bars with a hard saw and gained entrance into the house,” he said.
Aiyambo pointed out that the burglars stole one laser machine, eartags for small and big livestock, one box of Jameson whisky, three pairs of sneakers, full suites, one acer laptop, one canon camera and one drone.
He indicated that no recovery has yet been made.
Police investigations into the matter continue.
