Esau and son-in-law back in High Court

Staff Reporter

FORMER fisheries minister, Bernard Esau and his son-in-law, Tamson ‘Fitty’ Hatuikulipi are back in the High Court to appeal a decision to deny them bail.

The two approached the Windhoek High Court after magistrate Erich Kesslau last year July refused their application in the lower courts to be released on bail.

Justices Marlene Tomasi and Harold Geier are presiding.

Richard Metcalfe and Florian Beukes are representing the applicants, while Hesekiel Ipinge is representing the state.
