Walvis Bay man missing

THE 35-year-old Pieter Johannes Bothma has disappeared without a trace and the Namibian Police have requested the public to assist them in finding him again.

 

According to the report provided by the Namibian Police in the Erongo Region, Bothma was reported missing by his wife on Thursday.

 

Bothma was last seen by his wife on Tuesday evening at their home, in Etosha Street in the Meersig residential area of Walvis Bay.

When his wife reported him missing she said he left the house on Wednesday morning at around 07:00 while she was still asleep.

 

He has not been seen or heard of since then. His mobile phone has gone unanswered and seems to be switched off.

 

According to the report, the couple had an argument on Tuesday afternoon.

 

Bothma’s wife could not give a description of the clothes he was wearing when he left home on Wednesday morning.

 

Any person with information about his whereabouts is requested to contact Detective Chief Inspector Gurirab at 081 318 2181 or Detective Inspector Ambambi at 081 640 1600 or the nearest Police Station.
