PHELEM Masule has lost his lawsuit against Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila for stripping him of the position of Chief of Investigations and Prosecutions at the Anti-Corruption Commission.
The matter was struck from the court roll due to jurisdictional matters.
Previously, Kuugongelwa-Amadhila argued that Masule’s application is flawed, in that Masule approached the High Court when it has no jurisdiction over labour matters. Instead, she had suggested that Masule approach the Labour Court.
Acting High Court Judge Eileen Rakow will make available her reasons for the dismissal at a later stage.
