MORE than a thousand factory workers marched on the offices of the Ministry of Environment an Tourism in Walvis Bay to hand over a petition in which they demand that no mining licence or environmental clearance certificate be issued to companies planning to mine rock phosphate from the seabed off the Namibian coast.
