A WOMAN, who suffers from mental disorders, was allegedly raped by an unknown suspect who targeted her while she was alone at home in the Onambango Village in the Oshana Region.
The police’s crime investigations coordinator in Oshana, Deputy Commissioner Hilya Haipumbu said that the 67-year-old victim was alone when the unknown suspect entered the house and raped her. The incident occurred at around 17:00 last Wednesday.
The rape victim was admitted in the Onandjokwe district hospital.
No one was arrested and the police investigations are continuing.
