A BARRAGE of tries saw the Windhoek Draught Welwitschias suffer yet another defeat in the SuperSport Rugby Challange against the Hino Valke in Windhoek earlier on Saturday.
The Valke scored six unanswered tries in the first half of the match at the Hage Geingob Stadium in Windhoek and was leading the scoreboard with 32 – 0 when the half time whistle blew.
Gerhard Thirion and Millan van Wyk scored the only tries for the Welwitschias in the second half while the Hino Valke players ran in four more tries.
The match ended in a 56- 12 defeat for the Windhoek Draught Welwitschias.
