TO be crowned champions of the MTC Namibia Premier league, Black Africa will only need a draw when it faces Orlando Pirates today.
The match will take place today at 19:00 at the Sam Nujoma stadium.
Black Africa is currently on 58 points, while African Stars sitting at 50 points.
Despite their lead, Black Africa is looking to end its five-year drought without winning a league trophy by winning their match tonight.
Sport experts have noted that mathematically speaking, African Stars will not be able to catch up with Black Africa even if it wins all its remaining games as Black Africa holds a superior goal difference of 40 goals, compared to African Stars, which currently has 17 goals.
Head coach for Black Africa, Paulus Shipanga, warned his players not to be complacent and underestimate Orlando Pirates.
“It will be exciting as we know that Pirates will come out guns blazing and attack us. We need to remain composed and know our game plan,” he said.
